Violin & Flute Cherub Earrings with Cat's Eye Gemstones – One of a Kind – Handmade Sterling Silver 925
Designed as a deliberately asymmetric composition, each earring features a different cherub in motion — one playing the violin, the other the flute — capturing a sense of narrative, rhythm, and movement within classical form. Every figure and instrument is individually sculpted by hand, preserving fine detail and expressive character through the casting process.
Each cherub is set beneath a 6.25 mm round cabochon grey cat’s eye gemstone, chosen for its soft, shifting luminosity that changes with movement and light. The elongated 50.8 mm drop creates a refined vertical line, allowing the figures to move naturally while maintaining a balanced, elegant silhouette.

Concept
A study in movement and narrative within classical form — where cherubs are not static symbols but active figures in dialogue with sound and rhythm. The asymmetry introduces life and spontaneity, while the gemstones add a quiet, shifting light that enhances the sense of motion and presence.

Maker’s Note
“In ancient art, cherubs were never still — always playing, always in motion. I wanted to honour that. One plays the violin, one the flute. Two instruments that have been played for centuries. Two small figures, full of life.”
