Sea Urchin Pendant Necklace – Handmade Sterling Silver 925 with Fire Opal – Each Piece Unique

A sterling silver pendant necklace hand-carved in wax and cast using the traditional lost wax technique. Inspired by the natural geometry and protective structure of the sea urchin, the design transforms marine form into a contemporary wearable sculpture.

The pendant combines oxidised and polished silver finishes, enhancing the carved texture and creating depth across the surface. At the centre sits a 3ct fire opal cabochon (approx. 15.2 × 11 mm), glowing with flashes of red, orange, and gold that contrast against the darkened silver.

Suspended on a sterling silver ball and oval bead chain, the necklace carries a strong yet refined presence — a statement piece where organic structure, light, and colour meet.

Each pendant is individually finished by hand, making every piece unique in its surface texture and oxidisation pattern.
