Every Tg-Jewellery piece is individually handcrafted in my Cornwall studio and carefully packaged before it begins its journey to you. Whether you're ordering from the UK or overseas, I use trusted, fully tracked delivery services to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Production & Dispatch
Each product page clearly states whether your piece is Ready to Ship or Made to Order.
Ready to Ship
- Dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Made to Order
- Individually handcrafted especially for you.
- Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
UK Delivery
I offer fully tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom.
Available shipping options are displayed at checkout and typically include:
- Tracked Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Express / Special Delivery: Next working day after dispatch (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
I proudly ship worldwide using DHL Express, one of the world's most trusted international couriers.
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- DHL Express: 1–5 business days
Most international orders arrive within 1–3 business days, with many major cities—including New York—often receiving deliveries in as little as one business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs clearance or local courier conditions.
Customs & Import Duties
For many international destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout where available, allowing your parcel to arrive with no unexpected charges.
Where local regulations require additional customs fees, these remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Every order is fully tracked.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey from my Cornwall studio to your door.
Shipping Address
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept responsibility for delays or additional delivery costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
At this time, I am unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact me within 7 daysof the delivery (or expected delivery date).
I'll work directly with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
