Welcome to Tg-Jewellery. Each piece is carefully handmade and shipped with attention to detail, ensuring it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces may require 1–3 weeks production time before dispatch.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer a range of tracked shipping options for both UK and international orders. Available services are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination.

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, as stated on the product page).

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

Customers may choose from available delivery services at checkout, which typically include:

Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Express / Special Delivery (Next Working Day service): delivery within 1 business day after dispatch (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)

Delivery times refer to courier transit time and begin once the order has been dispatched.

🌍 International Orders

International shipping options are shown at checkout depending on the destination country. Typical services include tracked international delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

International Tracked Delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services. All timeframes are estimates provided by carriers.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

You may track your parcel directly via the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Some countries may have import restrictions on certain materials (including precious metals or gemstones). Customers are responsible for ensuring items can be legally imported into their destination country.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are handled at checkout where available.

Where applicable, these charges are calculated in advance and included in your total order cost (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP), meaning there are no unexpected fees on delivery.

In some cases, depending on destination country regulations, additional local charges may still apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)at:
