Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details (if applicable).

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
Certain jewellery materials (like gemstones or precious metals) may be subject to import restrictions in some countries. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

TG Jewellery is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All international customers are responsible for complying with their country’s customs regulations and paying any additional charges that may occur.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
