Sea Urchin Pendant Necklace – Handmade Sterling Silver 925 with Citrine – Each Piece Unique
A sterling silver pendant necklace hand carved in wax and cast using the traditional lost wax technique. Inspired by the quiet geometry and intricate textures of the sea urchin, the design explores the balance between natural structure and organic imperfection — transforming a marine form into a contemporary wearable object.
Set at its centre is a bold oval citrine measuring 15.50 × 11.30 mm, chosen for its warmth and luminous golden tones. The stone sits within the textured silver form like a hidden treasure discovered beneath the sea, bringing light and contrast to the detailed surface. Suspended on a sterling silver snake chain, the pendant carries a strong presence while remaining elegant and wearable.
Each pendant begins from the same original form, but every necklace is individually finished by hand. Variations in stones, chain styles, and surface finishes ensure that no two pieces ever leave the studio exactly alike.

Maker’s Note
"The sea urchin has always fascinated me — its geometry, its quiet armour, the way it sits so still and yet feels alive. Every necklace begins from the same form, but I never finish them in exactly the same way. Different stones, different chains, different details. I like the idea that each one develops its own personality."
