The repeating pattern contrasts with the smooth, polished finish, allowing structure and simplicity to coexist within a single form.

With a width of approximately 12.09 mm, the ring has a substantial presence while remaining comfortable for everyday wear. The softened contours of the egg-shaped profile sit naturally on the hand, creating a strong visual statement without sacrificing wearability.

The design celebrates precision through handcraft, where every line and opening is first shaped in wax before being permanently translated into metal. The result is a ring that feels architectural yet organic, contemporary yet timeless.

Concept

This design explores the relationship between openness and solidity. The grill pattern creates a sense of lightness within a substantial form, allowing negative space to become as important as the metal itself. Inspired by architectural structures and repeating geometries, the ring balances strength with transparency, creating a surface that changes as light moves through and across it. Through the lost wax process, precision and craftsmanship remain visible in every detail.
