One to One Wax Carving Lesson

Wax carving lesson one to one:

This course is suitable and open for students with a small previous experience in jewellery production and it is a private lessons are one-to-one in my studio in Ponsanooth, Cornwall.

It will introduce you to basic wax sculpture and techniques of modelling lost wax casting.

You will learn how to saws, files, surface finishes, wax built up, attaching a sprue and calculate wax to metal weight difference into your chosen design.

All material will supplied.

You can choose to have your prototype in lost wax cast into any metal ( including sterling silver/ gold/ brass) but you will have to pay extra for the metal and casting service.

You can also ask for your pieces to be desprued and polished by me, the casting process and clean up takes some time and I will post the final product to you within 3 weeks.
