Private Half-Day Lost Wax Carving Experience
A private, one-to-one jewellery-making session held in my Cornwall studio, dedicated to a deeper exploration of the traditional craft of lost wax carving.
Guided personally by jewellery designer Tamara Gervasio, this experience is tailored to your pace, your ideas, and your level — whether you are a complete beginner or developing your existing skills.
This is a focused, hands-on workshop where you work directly in wax using professional tools and traditional carving techniques used in fine jewellery making.
This is a creative fabrication session, not a design course.
What You Will Do
You will explore the foundations of lost wax carving while developing a ring, pendant, sculptural form, or small jewellery object through guided making.
With extended studio time, you will have the opportunity to work at a slower pace, refine details, develop more complex forms, and explore texture and surface techniques in greater depth.
You will complete your piece through guided making, learning how form and detail in wax translate into a finished piece in metal through the casting process.
