Every made-to-order piece is individually hand-carved by Tamara Gervasio in her Cornwall studio using the traditional lost wax carving technique. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.

International Shipping
International orders are securely shipped with DHL Express and include full tracking. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination and customs clearance.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

To care for your brass jewellery:

• Remove before showering, bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
• Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, lotions and hairspray.
• Keep away from chlorine, household chemicals and cleaning products.
• Store in a dry, soft pouch or jewellery box when not being worn.
• If the surface becomes dull or tarnished, gently polish with a soft jewellery cloth.
• Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, especially on textured, sculpted or intentionally oxidised areas.

Please note: Brass may naturally darken or develop a patina over time. The rate of change depends on the way the piece is worn and its exposure to moisture and other substances. Each handmade piece will therefore develop its own individual character.
