Thank you for shopping with Tg-Jewellery. We want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

The jewellery must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, personalized items, and custom-made jewellery are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Request a Return

Email us at tgjewellery@icloud.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

I will review your request within 2 business days and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping address.
Please do not send your item back without authorization, as it may delay your refund or replacement.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as Tg-Jewellery is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us at tgjewellery@icloud.com Exchanges are subject to stock availability and return eligibility conditions.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details.

We’ll offer a free replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible. Custom or engraved pieces cannot be cancelled once work has started.
